Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled booking time.

• If cancelled after driver dispatch, a minimum fee of LKR 1000 may apply.

2. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to show up after the driver arrives at the pickup location,
the full booking fee will be charged.

3. Service Delays

In rare cases of unavoidable delays (traffic, weather, or emergencies),
DriveOn.lk will inform you immediately. No refund applies for such delays beyond our control.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only when:

• DriveOn.lk cancels the booking due to internal issues

• Double payment or transaction errors occur

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
